I'm figuring out this blog thing,
but I have one month until I leave, less than 5 weeks until I jet off for Buenos Aires, Argentina for around 5 months.
This is nerve racking and exciting. I haven't been in school for two months now because I'm technically already "studying abroad" for this quarter (this way I get the advantage of using two quarters of financial aid to finance my one semester abroad).
I'm going to be at the Universidad de Belgrano in the neighborhood of the same name.
I've currently got a room reserved at the Azul Residencia Universitaria, or a residence hall in the centro of Buenos Aires, near Congreso although this is far from the University. They also are charging me around UD$400 a month to share a room at this residence hall and I could find a shared apartment with my private room for even less I know, and closer to the University, ideally in Belgrano, Palermo, or Recoleta. So I'm working on that, hopefully something comes about!
Anyways this is basically a test run of the blog, and because I'm not in school I'm getting bored, and need to entertain myself!
Probably won't write again until I'm about to leave and/or am already on my way to Buenos Aires.
